Description:
The Youth Program focuses on developing essential technical and tactical skills, while enhancing physical fitness and preparing players to participate in friendly matches.

Program Objectives:

  • Improve passing, shooting, and ball control
  • Develop simplified tactical thinking
  • Promote teamwork and a competitive spirit
  • Strengthen overall physical fitness

Training Details:

  • Advanced technical drills: ball control under pressure, accurate passing
  • Tactical training: positioning, off-the-ball movement, understanding playing styles
  • Physical exercises: speed, strength, and flexibility
  • Small-sided friendly matches: applying skills in real-game scenarios

Skills Acquired:
